What is the minimum order quantity for custom designs?

There is no minimum order for custom designs. We are happy to build you one custom item because we know that customers aren't all buying in bulk. There is however a $75.00 design fee. Once a design is created you are able to buy and purchase as many products with that design as desired.

 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship around the world daily! We are extremely happy to bring our products overseas. Your shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

What do we make our hats out of?

We use a proprietary alloy that is rust resistant for the life of the hat. We strive to bring you the highest standards possible.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do. Products must be unused, and have all tags still intact. Metalhats.com charges a 25% restocking fee of the purchase. Return postage is paid by the buyer. If there is a mistake on the order on our part we will do whatever is necessary to rectify the issue. Please contact us with any of your concerns.
